Revocation of registration cancellation permits prescribed form applications and requires an opportunity to be heard before rejection.

The statute allows a registered person whose registration was cancelled by the proper officer to apply for revocation in the prescribed manner within the time specified from service of the cancellation order; the proper officer may revoke or reject the application in accordance with prescribed procedures, but rejection cannot occur without giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard, and a revocation under the Central Act is deemed a revocation under this Act.
