Laying of rules requires presentation to the State Legislature and allows subsequent modification or annulment on review.

Every rule, regulation and notification under the Act must be laid before the State Legislature for a total period of thirty days across one or more sessions; if the Legislature agrees before the end of the immediately subsequent session to modify or disallow the instrument, it will operate only as modified or be of no effect, without prejudice to validity of prior actions taken under it.
