Financial and administrative powers over tribunal benches may be delegated but remain subject to the State President's supervision.

The State President holds financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal, may delegate such powers to a Member or officer, and requires that any delegated exercise remain subject to the State President's direction, control and supervision.
