Revocation of registration: statutory procedure allows application for reinstatement and requires hearing before rejection.

Provides that a registered person whose registration was cancelled by the proper officer on his own motion may apply, subject to prescribed conditions and within the prescribed period, for revocation of the cancellation in the prescribed manner; the proper officer, in the prescribed manner and within prescribed time limits, may revoke the cancellation or reject the application but rejection is not permissible without giving the applicant an opportunity of being heard; revocation under the corresponding central law is deemed a revocation under this Act.
