Non-appealable decisions and orders under the Goa GST framework preclude appeals against administrative actions where the order directs transfer of proceedings between officers, authorises seizure or retention of books of account, registers or other documents, sanctions prosecution under the Act, or concerns orders made under a designated statutory provision, operating notwithstanding any contrary provision.
