An appeal to the Supreme Court lies from orders of the National or Regional Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and from higher-court judgments certified as fit for appeal by that court; appeals are governed, as far as practicable, by the Civil Procedure Code provisions on appeals from higher-court decrees, and where a higher-court judgment is varied or reversed the Supreme Court's order must be given effect in the prescribed manner.
