Bar on civil court jurisdiction: civil courts cannot decide questions arising under the Act except as provided.

A statutory bar prevents civil courts from entertaining disputes arising from or relating to actions taken under the Andhra Pradesh Goods and Services Tax Act; no civil court shall have jurisdiction to deal with or decide any question arising from or relating to anything done or purported to be done under the Act, subject only to limited exceptions provided elsewhere in the Act.
