Financial and administrative powers: State President may delegate authority to bench members or officers under continued supervision.

The State President holds prescribed financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal and may delegate those powers to another Member or an officer; any delegate must, while exercising delegated powers, continue to act under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
