Provisional refund before document verification for zero-rated supplies permitted, subject to prescribed conditions and restrictions.

For claims arising from zero-rated supplies, registered persons (except those as may be notified) may be granted a provisional refund of ninety percent before verification, subject to conditions and restrictions prescribed under sub-section 6 of section 54 and to subsequent verification and adjustment.
