Records must be furnished to the Commissioner for executing commissions, originals only when copies are inadequate, with acknowledgement.

Rule 86 requires the Appellate Tribunal to supply the Commissioner with such records as it considers necessary to execute a commission; originals are furnished only when copies are inadequate or impracticable due to unreasonable expense or delay; delivery and return of records must be made under proper acknowledgement.
