Format of tribunal orders: orders must be issued in Chairperson's name, signed by Registrar, and sealed.

Rule prescribes that every rule, direction, order, summons, warrant or other mandatory process be issued in the name of the Chairperson, signed by the Registrar or an officer authorised by the Chairperson with the day, month and year of signing, and sealed with the official seal of the Appellate Tribunal.
