Deposition recordings in company proceedings must use Form NCLT-16, pages initialed by Bench and corrections require Bench approval.

Rule 140 requires that witness depositions be recorded in Form NCLT-16, with each page initialed by the Bench. Corrections suggested by the witness may be made and initialed if the Bench is satisfied; if not, a note stating the Bench's dissatisfaction must be appended at the bottom of the deposition.
