Export removal of warehoused goods requires proper-officer authorisation, supervised loading, and one-time locking of the transport.

Warehoused goods may be removed for export only pursuant to an order of the proper officer under section 69. Once the bond officer permits removal, the licensee must load the goods onto the means of transport in the bond officer's presence and secure the transport with a one-time lock.
