Transit of imported goods allowed without payment of duty when declared for onward transit in same conveyance under prescribed conditions.

Imported goods recorded in the import manifest or import report as for transit in the same conveyance to outside India or to another customs station may be allowed to transit without payment of duty, subject to section 11 and compliance with prescribed conditions and the proper officer's permission.
