Export duty requirement: warehoused goods may be exported without import duty only after export duty, fines and penalties are paid.

The amendment replaces "exportation" with "export" and substitutes section 69(1)(b) to require that warehoused goods may be exported without payment of import duty only if the export duty, fine and penalties payable in respect of such goods have been paid.
