No other benefit, concession or immunity: scheme benefits limited to declared proceedings and statutory exceptions.

Clause 204 confines the Scheme's effects by providing that, except as expressly provided in specific statutory exceptions, the Scheme does not confer any other benefit, concession or immunity on the declarant beyond the proceedings for which the declaration has been made. The new Chapter X defines relevant terms, prescribes declaration particulars, payment mechanisms, limited immunity provisions, non refund of payments, specified non applicability cases, and grants the Government directive and remedial powers.
