Bill of entry presentation allowed before manifest delivery if conveyance is expected to arrive within thirty days.

Amendment to the Customs Act alters filing under section 46(3) by omitting the first proviso and substituting the second proviso to permit presentation of a bill of entry before delivery of the manifest or report if the vessel, aircraft or vehicle carrying the goods is expected to arrive within thirty days from the date of presentation.
