Address for service: notices at the last Delhi address remain valid unless the Commissioner is notified of the change.

Every dealer must give an address for service in Delhi when applying for registration and must notify the Commissioner in writing of any change within thirty days using Form DVAT-07; failure to notify renders service at the last given address valid and precludes relying on the change of address as a defence, and the last address furnished to the Commissioner is the operative address for service.
