Registration of charges extended to companies acquiring charged property or modifying registered charges under existing registration rules.

The provisions governing registration shall apply, so far as may be, where a company acquires property subject to an existing charge and to any modification in the terms, conditions, extent or operation of a charge already registered, thereby extending section 77 registration obligations to these transactions.
