Power to remove difficulties permits consistent implementation orders, subject to a time limit and parliamentary laying requirement.

The Central Government may issue Official Gazette orders to remove difficulties in implementing the Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010, provided the orders are consistent with the Act. This power cannot be exercised after two years from the Act's commencement. Every such order must be laid before each House of Parliament as soon as practicable.
