Section 49 is amended to substitute references to the National Housing Bank with the National Housing Bank or the Reserve Bank in sub-section (2B) and clause (aa) of sub-section (3), and to replace the phrase "any order made by the authorised officer" in sub-section (2C) with any order made by the National Company Law Tribunal, altering the named authorities for those provisions.
