Regulation 70 prohibits employees from soliciting, accepting or otherwise associating with the raising of funds or collections in cash or in kind for any objective unless they obtain prior sanction from the competent authority, imposing an internal administrative restriction on employee conduct under the SEBI Employees' Service Regulations, 2001.
