Outside employment restrictions require prior sanction and timely disclosure of future employment negotiations for SEBI employees.

Employees under the SEBI (Employees' Service) Regulations are prohibited from accepting, soliciting, or seeking any outside employment or office, whether stipendiary or honorary, unless previous sanction of the Chairman is obtained. The regulation also requires an employee to disclose, within one month from the end of the month in which it occurs, any negotiation or agreement relating to future employment.
