Fit and proper person standard: custodian registration is assessed by intermediary regulation criteria determining eligibility for registration.

Determination of a custodian's fitness for registration is to be made by applying the criteria specified in Schedule II of the Intermediaries Regulations; the Board shall take those criteria into account when assessing whether an applicant or custodian is a fit and proper person for registration under the Custodian Regulations.
