Immunity for full disclosure can be granted on recommendation but is withdrawable for false evidence.

Central Government may grant immunity to a person who makes a full and true disclosure of an alleged contravention, subject to conditions and on recommendation by the Board; immunity cannot be granted where prosecution was already instituted before the application and the Board's recommendation is not binding. Immunity may be withdrawn for non compliance or false evidence, after which the person may be tried for the offence and held liable to penalties.
