Repeal and saving provision preserves acts under a repealed depositories ordinance by deeming them under the current Act.

Section 31 repeals the Depositories (Third) Ordinance, 1996 and provides that notwithstanding such repeal anything done or any action taken under that Ordinance shall be deemed to have been done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act, thereby preserving the legal continuity of acts and transactions effected under the repealed Ordinance.
