Delegation of administrative and financial powers: State President may delegate to Members or officers while retaining supervision.

The State President is vested with financial and administrative powers over the State Bench and Area Benches of the Appellate Tribunal as prescribed, may delegate any such powers to another Member or officer, and delegated powers must be exercised under the direction, control and supervision of the State President.
