Laying of rules: rules, regulations and notifications must be tabled before the State Legislature and may be modified or annulled.

Every rule, regulation and notification made under the Act must be laid before the State Legislature for the prescribed sessional period; the Legislature may modify or disallow such instruments, and any modification or annulment does not affect the validity of actions previously taken under them.
