Cargo manifests for imported aircraft cargo must be prepared on separate sheets for landed cargo, unaccompanied baggage, transhipment goods, and same-bottom or retention cargo. Arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, dangerous drugs, gold and silver require separate declarations regardless of cargo status and must be listed in port-of-loading order. A nil declaration is mandatory where no such specified sensitive goods are carried.
