Self-regulation of Procedure enables Authority and Appellate Authority to set their procedures subject to the Chapter.

Authority and Appellate Authority under the advance ruling framework possess power to regulate their own procedure, subject to the provisions of the Chapter, vesting procedural autonomy in both bodies while remaining limited by any mandatory requirements or conditions set out in that Chapter.
