Cargo manifest requirements mandate separate declarations for specified export cargo categories, sensitive goods, port-wise ordering and nil declarations.

Aircraft export cargo manifests must use separate sheets for shipped cargo, transhipped cargo, same bottom cargo, and cargo subject to drawback claims. Arms, ammunition, explosives, narcotics, dangerous drugs and gold require separate declarations irrespective of their carriage category, arranged by ports of loading. A nil declaration is required where no such specified cargo is carried.
