The Customs Tariff (Identification, Assessment and Collection of Countervailing Duty on Subsidized Articles and for Determination of Injury) Rules, 1995 establish the framework for countervailing duty on subsidized articles and determination of injury under the Customs Tariff Act, 1975. They came into force on 1 January 1995 and superseded the 1985 rules concerning duty or additional duty on bounty-fed articles and determination of injury, while preserving matters done or omitted before supersession.
