Notification effective date confirmed: notifications under section 5A take effect on issuance date unless otherwise provided.

The amendment substitutes the existing provision so that every notification issued under the relevant antecedent provisions shall, unless otherwise provided, come into force on the date of its issue by the Central Government for publication in the Official Gazette, and it proposes the omission of the prior sub-section (6).
