Exports under special arrangements between the Central Government and a foreign state, or under rupee credit extended by the Central Government to a foreign state, must comply with terms and conditions set out in public notices of the Trade Control Authority and instructions issued by the Reserve Bank; exports under lines of credit to foreign banks or financial institutions are governed by terms advised by the Reserve Bank to authorised dealers.
