Disclosure of information: Settlement Commission must forward settlement application and annexures to the relevant commissioner when seeking a report.

When the Settlement Commission calls for a report from the Commissioner of Central Excise or Commissioner of Service Tax under the settlement provision, it must forward a copy of the settlement application along with the annexure and all statements and other documents accompanying that annexure to the commissioner having jurisdiction.
