Power to remove difficulties: Central Government may issue orders not inconsistent with the Act to remove implementation obstacles.

The Central Government is empowered to make, by order published in the Official Gazette, provisions not inconsistent with the Act to remove difficulties in giving effect to the Act, subject to a two year temporal restriction; a parallel time limited power applies to difficulties arising from the 2023 amendment, and all such orders must be laid before each House of Parliament promptly after being made.
