Power to cancel registration enables Registrar to dissolve a multi State co operative society following the liquidator's report.

The Central Registrar may, after considering the liquidator's report made under section 90(3), order the registration of the multi State co operative society to be cancelled, and on such cancellation that society shall stand dissolved; the order must be communicated by registered post to the president or chairperson and to any financial institutions of which the society was a member.
