Rectification of apparent mistakes in settlement orders allowed, subject to notice and hearing if liability is modified.

The Settlement Commission may, within six months from the date of an order under section 245D(4), amend that order to rectify any mistake apparent from the record; however, any amendment that would modify the liability of the applicant requires notice to the applicant and the Commissioner and an opportunity for both to be heard.
