Amendment to section 246A extends specified penalty reference to include section 271CA, effective from April.

The amendment substitutes the cross-reference in clause (n) of sub section (1) so that the reference to section 271C becomes a combined reference to section 271C and section 271CA, effecting the change by textual substitution and applying from the first day of April following enactment.
