Preparation of paper books: file indexed, legible copies within prescribed periods or as directed by the Commission.

Regulation 6 prescribes that applicants or the Commissioner must submit multiple indexed, paginated and legible copies of a paperbook when relying on documents or statements, within prescribed periods or any extension permitted by the Commission; each paper must be certified as a true copy and indexed with brief descriptions and page numbers, and the Commission may condone delay or direct preparation of paper books at the cost of the applicant or the Commission when necessary for disposal of settlement matters.
