Use of commitment application information governs subsequent proceedings, confidentiality safeguards, and deemed admissions for the same cause of action.

Regulation 11 permits reliance on information and documents submitted by a Commitment Applicant when a commitment order is revoked and withdrawn. Where a Commitment Application is rejected or withdrawn, information obtained from other sources may be used in proceedings. Subject to confidentiality requirements, applicant-submitted information may also be used against other inquiry parties. Facts established against or admitted by the Commitment Applicant in Indian or foreign proceedings concerning the same cause of action are deemed admitted for proceedings proposed to be closed through commitments.
